Dear Parents and Carers,

Before the Easter break we were visited by Ofsted to captured our school’s amazing achievements and good practice. Streatley School Inspection March 2018

Since joining the school in September 2016, I have been supported by a very enthusiastic team of committed staff and governors. In the most we are all new to the school and we have brought drive and ambitious expectations to celebrate the school grounds, children’s personalities and parental support.

Chris Russell our visiting inspector is also the Regional Director for the South East. He was very thorough and concise, utilising the whole day 8am- 6.45pm. He was impressed by the parent comments and enthusiasm, he would liked to have stayed for two days to capture our Outdoor Curriculum, Computing development and of course our love of reading.

Post Inspection we continue to work on our 2018-19 priorities:
– Progress in maths from Y2 to the end of Y6.
– Training to expand our Outdoor Curriculum.
– Purchase IT devices to begin shaping our Curriculum for the future.

We as a community are delighted to be praised so highly and we continue to be very proud of our school.

Miss L Roberts
