World Book Day

Remember to come dressed as your favourite book character on Thurs 7 March for World Book Day.

World Book Day is a fabulous worldwide celebration of authors, illustrators, books and reading. It takes place in over 100 countries and 2013 is its sixteenth year. The aim is to have fun and explore the pleasure of reading!

PANCAKE RACE TUES 12 FEB

Don’t forget to bring a named frying pan, wellies and wet weather gear for the Pancake Race at 2:30pm. The field is very muddy so it will be a ‘Pancake Race Speed Walk’ for safety. It is 50p to enter, and fresh pancakes will be on sale aftewards for a £1 a pancake. Yum! (Organised by F.O.S.S. with help from the teachers for the benefit of the school.)
