The Role

Contract: Permanent | Pattern: part-time | Salary: West Berkshire Scales C4 | Closing Date: 2nd March

As our Early Morning Club Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring children feel valued and supported as they arrive at school. You’ll help set the tone for a positive day, providing a safe and engaging space where pupils can relax, connect, and explore their interests before lessons begin.

Key Responsibilities:

Encourage children to participate in board games, sparking curiosity and teamwork as they interact with their peers.
Lead creative activities such as colouring and crafting, nurturing imagination and self-expression in a calm, welcoming setting.
Facilitate friendly competitions in Top Trumps, chess, and ball games, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and social skills.
Offer attentive care and support, ensuring every child feels included and ready to start their school day with enthusiasm.
