The Home-School Agreement is a contract between parents and the school of expectations of behaviour and provision. You will be asked to read and sign when your child starts at Streatley CE Primary School. Please find a copy below.
Children from Reception through to Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals. You do not need to pay for a school meal until your child is in Year 3. If you are in receipt of certain benefits, you can also register your child for Free School Meals as soon as they start school, even though they receive the Universal Free School Meals. For menus and more information on how to apply for Free School Meals click here.
Children under the age of 5 have access to a free carton of milk each school day. You can choose to continue the daily milk after their 5th birthday by paying. For more information click here.
If your child needs support with any medical conditions, you can read more on our policy here. If you need school to administer prescribed medication, you will need to complete a Medical Consent Form beforehand. Click here for a copy of the form.
We are a nut free school
Please DO NOT send your child in with products containing nuts, sesame or seeds in lunchboxes or snacks including:
- seeded/sesame bread/rolls
- peanut butter
- sesame seeds/products
- nut bars
- cereal bars containing sesame/seeds/nuts
- almond lip salves
